Is my whiteboard data encrypted?
Boards are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). End-to-end encryption and residency choice are on the roadmap.
Does it support HIPAA and GDPR?
HIPAA/BAA and formal audit-log export are on the roadmap. Today: encrypted boards, account-gated access, and EU or US hosting.
Can we control who sees what?
Boards are account-gated today. SSO/SAML, RBAC and audit-trail export are on the roadmap — we'd rather say that than sell you vaporware.
Is there vendor lock-in?
Boards are created in the open Excalidraw (MIT) format, and an export endpoint ships with the private beta — your drawings are never hostage to us.
Can I self-host?
Yes — self-hosting with a single compose file is a core feature, not an enterprise upsell.
What support do I get?
Community support is free today. Priority and custom-SLA tiers are planned as the product exits beta.
